LAGS Annual General Meeting

HOW TO ATTEND THE AGM:

​

This meeting will be held on Zoom.

​

You do not need to install special software to participate as Zoom will download the first time you join in. But, if you have not participated in a Zoom call before, you could go to https://zoom.us/download and click on Download to save time. It is free to download.

 

Members* will receive a zoom invitation by email.​ 

​

The meeting will be held on Sunday, February 26th at 2pm.
An invitation will be sent 10 days before the meeting. If you renew after that email is sent, please let our secretary know at secretary@lunenburgartsociety.ca.

​

We know computer meetings are not everyone’s favourite thing to do,  but Covid-19 leaves us no choice this year. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Join or renew your membership now for 2023. Please don’t leave it until the last minute so that your fellow member/volunteers are scrambling to find your application form and payment. The form is on our website and it tells you how to e-transfer your $40 membership fee. If you are mailing your cheque, please send it in time for us to receive it before February 25th.
