Welcome to LAGS
The Lunenburg Art Gallery Society was founded in 1972 to promote the legacy of local artist Earl Bailly, and provide a home for his collection of artwork.
LAGS has also evolved into an independent society with over 150 members and our Lincoln Street
gallery is a popular destination.

Everyone is Welcome
We welcome artists with every level of skill and experience. You don't even have to be an artist! All you have to do is join.

In 2025 we will mount a new exhibition on the first Friday of every month, April - October. For an annual membership fee of $40 ($20 for students) every member can participate in each of these shows.
We are a volunteer-run gallery and we encourage all members to donate time and skills if possible. Please note there is a 40% commission on all sales of artwork.

Please join us for the first show of 2026, featuring Flowers, Flowers, Flowers & all things spring. Artwork intake will be Sunday March 29 & Monday March 30, from 1-4pm both days.

Once the show is open, gallery hours will be Wednesday - Sunday from 11am - 4pm. Please note there's no opening reception for this month; our first won't be until the PINK!! show in June.

A Celebration of Pride and Inclusivity. Artwork intake will be Sunday May 31 & Monday June 1, from 1-4pm both days. We hope you will join us on Friday, June 5th at 5pm for the first opening reception of the season, in conjunction with the 2026 First Fridays art walk.
